MULTIFERROFLEX
DESIGN OF NEW FLEXIBLE POLYMER BASED FILMS EXHIBITING MAGNETOELECTRIC PROPERTIES THROUGH THE TAILORING OF THE HYBRID INTERFACE
MULTIFERROFLEX is a consortium of researchers and engineers, interested in Chemistry and Physics of Materials.
* Chirine Ben Osman is the post-doctoral researcher appointed by the National Agency of Research (ANR).
* Malek Bibani was the first MSc student recruited to work on the project.
* Sophie Nowak (PhD in Chemistry of Materials) is engineer in charge of the X-Ray platform (Univ Paris Diderot) (diffraction, scattering and fluorescence) including 5 equipments (3 fluorescence spectrometers, 1 Bragg-Brentano diffractometer and the Empyrean multi-purpose instrument platform). She is studying essentially inorganic materials through complementary techniques (e.g. XRD, SAXS…).
* Silvana Mercone is an associated researcher to ITODYS, Univ Paris Diderot through the Labex SEAM.
She has mainly worked on magnetic and transport properties of complex nanostructures (thin films and devices, nanoparticles and nanowires) focusing on the coupling between the crystallographic properties and their magnetic and transport behavior (magnetic phase separation, AFM-FM, metal to insulator transition, magnetoresistance). She has a good experience and know-how on a broad number of experimental techniques, allowing magneto-electric measurements. She is performing near-field microscopies.
* Ludovic Mouton is engineer in charge of TEM and SEM analyses, including sample preparation (microtomy) and EDX.
* Philippe Decorse is in charge of the XPS platform. He is participating to XPS measurements and modeling and discussion of the results.
* Lorette Sicard has a great experience in the characterization of glass alteration by small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS).
* Damien Faurie is expert in nanomechanics.
* Nader Yaacoub is expert in 57Fe Mössbauer spectrometry.
